PACK THE PIECE
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging. Include all original accessories and the receipt. We only accept pieces in their original condition.

SHIPPING TO THE BOUTIQUE
Send the package to our London boutique. We will inspect the piece upon arrival. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation of exchange or refund.

THE FINAL LOOK
Once the exchange is complete, the new piece will be shipped to you. We do not issue refunds for clothes. All exchanges are final and non-refundable.
